MSRF Partner Project Highlighted by the
National Fish and Wildlife Foundation

With help from a National Fish and Wildlife Foundation(NFWF) grant, Methow Salmon Recovery Foundation partnered with the Chewuch Basin Council and the Okanogan County Water Resources Department to convert the Skyline and Wolf Creek irrigation ditches to pipes, replace fish screens, and develop a water-use plan for the Chewuch Basin. The story behind this project was recently told in Restoration Narratives, a new publication by the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.
